We’re looking for an experienced Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter to source recruit and place physicians nationwide. This is a fully remote salaried position with a high-tier commission structure. Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified physicians for locum tenens assignments Maintain a pipeline of active and prospective candidates Screen candidates for skills experience and fit Partner with facilities to understand and meet staffing needs Present candidates and manage the placement process Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and clients Keep current with market trends in locum tenens recruiting Requirements 2 years of full-cycle locum tenens physician recruiting experience within a staffing agency Understanding of licensing credentialing privileging and assignment logistics (we have travel licensing and credentialing teams in-house) Proven production history with consistent monthly placements and revenue generation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong time management Experience working with both direct facility relationships and VMS/MSP accounts Candidate rate negotiation Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high-volume desk independently What We Offer Industry-leading commission structure Remote work Ongoing training and development A growing supportive team environment Unlimited PTO Optional health benefits Equal Opportunity We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace
