The Role Lead end-to-end program delivery ensuring alignment with strategic vision and measurable business objectives. Develop and implement governance structures tailored to program needs and stakeholder requirements. Manage program resources including capacity planning and prioritization to meet operational demands. Identify assess and mitigate program risks issues and dependencies proactively. Build and maintain trusted relationships with sponsors business owners clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless collaboration. Oversee program financials including budgeting forecasting and performance reporting ensuring alignment with strategic goals. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree advanced degree or MBA preferred. Over 10 years of experience in program or project management with at least 5 years leading large cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage executive stakeholder relationships in matrixed organizations. Strong financial management skills including experience with budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar programs. Knowledge of IT infrastructure governance risk management and associated planning tools like MS Project Smartsheet or Power BI.
