Role Program Manager - Wealth Management Title VP/Director Location NYC NY Mode of Work 3 days/week onsite Required Experience 10+ years Role Overview Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Wealth Management division in New York City. The ideal candidate will lead complex cross-functional programs that drive strategic initiatives across our wealth management platforms ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications 10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management or related financial domain Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex programs on time and within budget Strong understanding of wealth management products — equities fixed income alternatives advisory platforms Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Proficiency in program management tools — JIRA MS Project Confluence SharePoint Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services Preferred Qualifications PMP PgMP or SAFe certification highly preferred Experience with digital transformation programs in wealth management Knowledge of risk management frameworks — RCSA operational risk MBA or advanced degree in Finance Business or related field Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery models Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management of large-scale strategic initiatives within the Wealth Management division Define program scope goals deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps schedules and resource plans Manage cross-functional teams across technology operations compliance and business units Drive governance frameworks including steering committee meetings status reporting and risk management Identify assess and mitigate program risks issues and dependencies proactively Ensure alignment of program deliverables with regulatory and compliance requirements Partner with senior leadership to communicate program status milestones and strategic decisions Manage program budgets forecasts and financial reporting Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across business lines Oversee vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners where applicable Ensure adherence to Morgan Stanley's project management standards and methodologies Benefits Healthcare insurance for you and your family (medical dental vision).
