We're seeking an experienced finance professional to drive financial strategy and operational excellence as we scale our impact intelligence platform globally. Reporting directly to our CFO you’ll partner across the organization to build robust analytical capabilities support our growth trajectory and help position Worldly for sustainable profitable growth while staying true to our mission as a public benefit corporation.
Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation Build a high-performing analytical culture fostering excellence and continuous improvement Oversee investor reporting and key performance indicator tracking across the organization Support business planning forecasting and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product pricing operational and acquisition strategies. We'd Like to See 5-10 years of progressive finance experience Growth company experience including scaling financial operations Strong understanding of US GAAP. Annual Base Salary $ 160000 - $200000 Annual Bonus Potential Incentive Stock Option Package Work-From-Home Stipends Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
