About The Role The Data Platform team at Cohere Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst II to join its remote-first environment. In this role you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a scalable data ecosystem that supports analytics reporting and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with clients stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to gather comprehensive requirements develop user stories and translate complex business needs into high-quality data solutions. Your ability to independently lead moderately complex initiatives bring clarity to technical delivery and enhance processes will be vital to the success of our data-driven projects. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare data proficient in SQL and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment focused on improving healthcare outcomes. Occasional travel to Boston MA may be required for onboarding and team meetings but the role is primarily remote offering flexibility and work-life balance.
