The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. This position supports full-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards referrals and social platforms. • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams ensuring timely communication. • Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook.
