The Role We are seeking a strategic results-driven Sr Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the execution of our key business objectives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects managing resources and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering product and operations leaders to align program outcomes with organizational strategy and ensure a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do Program Strategy & Planning Define the scope roadmap and objectives for complex programs develop comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and ensure all work streams are synchronized. Execution & Delivery Management Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects within the program monitor progress against timelines manage dependencies and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks develop mitigation strategies and lead problem-solving efforts to resolve issues before they impact the program’s success. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for the program facilitate communication between cross-functional teams executives and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment. Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers Engineers and Department Heads to resource projects effectively resolve conflicting priorities and ensure that program outputs deliver value to the business. What We’re Looking For Experience 15+ years of experience in program or project management preferably within a technology or operations environment previous experience managing cross-functional teams is required. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (PMP PgMP or CSM certification is highly preferred). Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to influence without authority and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strategic Thinking Proven ability to see the ""big picture"" while managing the details capable of aligning tactical execution with long-term business strategy. Leadership & Organization Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives with multiple work streams strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Problem Solving Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity make data-driven decisions and adapt plans as business needs evolve. Tools & Methodologies Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $300000 to $450000 with exact placement determined by your skills years of experience and interview performance.
