The Opportunity As Workshop Manager you will be responsible for the safe efficient and cost-effective management of all workshop operations. You will lead a team of approximately 35 employees ensuring high standards of quality safety and delivery performance are consistently achieved. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will play a vital role in improving operational efficiency controlling costs and developing your team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team promoting a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement Ensure all workshop activities comply with company policies and safety standards Drive on-time delivery cost control and operational efficiency Manage processes to achieve “right first time” delivery and high customer satisfaction Identify and implement cost-saving and performance improvement initiatives Set and monitor clear objectives and KPIs aligned to business goals Optimise the use of labour materials and assets Support the Operations Manager with wider operational responsibilities Your skills and experiences We’re looking for a strong leader with proven operational and people management experience.
