Title Program / Project Manager – HR Transformation Location Remote Job Description Seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead multiple HR Technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise HR programs coordinating cross-functional teams and driving large-scale technology implementations involving SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms. Responsibility Manage multiple HR Technology projects with SAP SuccessFactors as the primary platform Oversee program planning governance project schedules risks dependencies budgets and delivery milestone Coordinate project execution across multiple technical and business team Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders on change management and user adoption initiative Drive stakeholder communications and executive status reporting Coordinate HR Transformation initiatives across multiple workstream Facilitate executive steering committee meeting Ensure overall program governance and compliance Serve as the liaison between executives business units and technical team Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zone Required Ski 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience Strong HR business process knowledge Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Experience with OpenText/PowerDocs is preferred Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives Strong governance risk management and change management experience Excellent leadership and organizational skills PMP certification preferred.
