Founded in 2017 Atomind is a next-generation technology company focused on Near Conscious Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) robotics platforms and cutting-edge crypto infrastructures. As we restructure and scale toward our IPO on NASDAQ in 2027 we’re seeking a forward-thinking execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and infrastructure through this transformational stage.

Role Overview

As CFO you’ll be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for guiding Atomind through its next phase of growth managing complex IP and M&A transactions and establishing world-class financial operations. You will play a critical role in our IPO process investor relations and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and manage the financial strategy of Atomind including budgeting forecasting treasury and financial modeling. Lead and advise on IP transactions licensing agreements and capitalization strategies. Oversee M&A activities from target evaluation to integration. Partner with the CEO and board to navigate Atomind’s path to IPO and manage all pre-IPO readiness and compliance initiatives. Develop internal controls audit structures and reporting systems to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and regulatory alignment. Establish and manage investor relations VC and institutional fundraising processes. Collaborate closely with the legal R&D and product teams to align financial planning with Atomind’s NCAI and robotics roadmap. Manage relationships with external auditors legal advisors and financial institutions. Support equity and token-based financing instruments as part of our holistic capital strategy.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth technology or deeptech/AI company. Strong track record in IP-related financial structuring M&A and/or capital markets. Successful experience leading or contributing to a public offering (IPO). Solid understanding of venture capital fundraising and startup financing dynamics. Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Engineering or a related field MBA CPA CFA or JD is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

International finance experience particularly with US UAE and/or European jurisdictions. Familiarity with hardware/software integration in robotics or AI. Experience with tokenized assets or cryptocurrency finance.
