Optomi in partnership with a leader in the energy space is looking for a Shift Analyst / Support Analyst I to provide Tier 2 monitoring and infrastructure support for critical enterprise systems and data center operations. This fully remote role will support Windows and Linux server environments monitor infrastructure and batch processes troubleshoot technical issues and participate in major incident response and disaster recovery activities. The team is open to early-career candidates with strong technical fundamentals a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and Tier 2 support for enterprise infrastructure and business-critical applications. Monitor and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments storage virtualization networking and related infrastructure. Investigate resolve and document infrastructure incidents and technical issues. Perform server reboots and other routine infrastructure support activities. Monitor and track production batch job flows and escalate issues as needed. Assist with monthly patch deployments and infrastructure changes. Experience supporting Windows Server environments. Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting experience. Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting. Understanding of enterprise server or data center environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Willingness and ability to work a 6 PM–6 AM rotating overnight schedule including weekends. Eligible to obtain required NERC CIP access.
