In this role you will bridge the gap between Finance stakeholders and software development teams by gathering business requirements analyzing processes and supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions. Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements Support solution design by ensuring proposed functionality aligns with business objectives Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution Create and maintain functional documentation process maps and training materials. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support operational and financial decision-making Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Information Systems Computer Science or a related field 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong documentation and requirements management abilities Fluent English (written and spoken)

The salary range for this position is 107300 PLN to 187800 PLN and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills experience and relevant education/training.
