Business Analyst - Healthcare

This role is open to candidates in LATAM - (Colombia Argentia Brazil Mexico Chile Equador Venezuela) Please share your resume in English Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (7+ years of experience) to support the Salesforce-based Research Management System (RMS) and other applications supporting the Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) . This role focuses on business process analysis requirements management SDLC documentation system integrations data management and platform enhancements.

Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders project managers developers and QA teams to define requirements support application enhancements and ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes requirements traceability documentation quality and adherence to SDLC standards .

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the team you will Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews workshops and analysis sessions. Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria including functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure compliance with client SDLC standards and documentation practices. Maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through testing and production release . Ensure requirements are testable clearly documented version-controlled and validated through QA/UAT activities. Develop and maintain project documentation including Business system and functional requirements Process flows and integration documentation Traceability matrices Test cases and validation criteria Support Agile delivery through Backlog refinement Sprint planning Daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies Collaborate with business stakeholders Salesforce administrators developers and QA teams. Produce supporting deliverables such as process diagrams wireframes release notes and user documentation. Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and user experience improvements . Support production operations including issue triage and root cause analysis. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.   Requested

Qualifications

7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software delivery systems analysis or product development. Experience with healthcare technology and standards such as EHR HL7 FHIR and DICOM is highly desirable. Strong experience supporting SaaS platforms Salesforce experience strongly preferred . Proven experience in Agile/SCRUM environments including distributed or offshore teams. Proficiency with Jira Confluence and workflow/prototyping tools (e.g. Lucidchart Loveable). Strong understanding of Business process analysis and optimization System integrations and data flows SaaS ecosystems Reporting and analytics platforms Experience documenting non-functional requirements (NFRs) . Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal English communication skills experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders preferred. Relevant certifications such as CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA CSM SAFe Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator are highly desirable.   Working Model Nearshore / Remote role Requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) working hours - 8 AM - 5 PM EDT Operates in a remote-first documentation-driven environment .
