A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its costing team. You will help leadership understand the true cost of running global shared-services operations. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Cost Accountant you will own service and process costing analyse variances and give the business clear visibility into the cost of delivering shared services.
Costing & Allocation Maintain standard costs and cost allocations across shared-service functions Track and analyse cost per transaction and cost per FTE Reconcile cost centres to the general ledger Variance & Analysis Run variance analysis on labour overhead and vendor spend Support budgeting forecasting and cost-efficiency reviews Surface cost-saving opportunities for global stakeholders
Profile 2 to 6 years in cost accounting or FP&A-adjacent roles Strong grasp of costing methods allocations and variances Hands-on with an ERP costing module and spreadsheets Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
CMA CA Inter or an equivalent costing qualification Experience in a GCC shared-services or multinational environment Exposure to standard costing in an SAP or Oracle environment
