As the Director of Operations you will provide operational leadership and oversight for two MIND 24-7 crisis clinics ensuring our teams have the people processes and resources needed to deliver safe efficient and patient-centered care. Your Role & Impact Lead operations for two crisis clinics ensuring consistent execution of organizational standards and policies. Coach and develop clinic leaders driving accountability for operational workforce quality and patient care outcomes. Oversee staffing and workforce effectiveness including scheduling productivity and coverage. Monitor patient flow throughput and capacity to improve efficiency access and patient experience. Manage operational and financial performance including volume labor utilization productivity budgets and key performance metrics. Partner with clinical medical nursing and administrative leaders to support coordinated high-quality care. Ensure regulatory readiness patient safety and quality standards across clinic operations. Use data to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve workflows resources and overall clinic performance. Lead during significant operational staffing safety or facility events ensuring effective communication and resolution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Behavioral Health Management or a related field. 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. 3+ years of behavioral health psychiatric crisis stabilization or acute healthcare operations experience. Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing budgets labor utilization productivity and operational performance metrics. Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain upon hire. Current CPR certification and CPI/equivalent training or ability to obtain. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between MIND 24-7 locations.
