QSX TRANSPORT LTD — WE ARE HIRING Self-Employed Customer Operations & Sales Coordinator QSX Transport Ltd is looking for an experienced confident and self-motivated individual to join our growing transport and logistics business on a self-employed basis. This is a remote/home-based role but the successful applicant must live within approximately 30 miles of Manchester as we may require one face-to-face meeting each week to review progress discuss customers and plan upcoming work. We are looking for someone who is excellent with customers and confident on the phone. You will be speaking with potential customers explaining our services answering questions preparing quotations and following up enquiries with the aim of converting leads into bookings. Main Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries by phone WhatsApp and email Speak confidently with customers and understand their requirements Clearly explain QSX Transport’s services and what we can offer Prepare and send quotations Follow up leads quotations and potential bookings Convert enquiries into confirmed customers Schedule jobs appointments and delivery times Maintain accurate customer information and records Follow up existing customers and ongoing jobs Support sales and marketing activities Identify new business opportunities Communicate with drivers and the operations team Help ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience What We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in someone with previous experience in customer service sales transport logistics removals delivery or a similar industry. You should be Confident and professional when speaking to customers Excellent at explaining services and building customer trust Comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles Well organised and able to manage several enquiries at once Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable and professional Strong in written and spoken English Comfortable using email WhatsApp and Microsoft Office Able to use a laptop/desktop and online systems confidently Previous experience in transport or logistics is highly desirable Most importantly we need someone who can communicate well and confidently convince customers to choose QSX Transport.
