Westborough MA (onsite role) Full Time We are Growers We are Wholesalers We are Producers We Are Budtenders We are Retailers We are Partners and We are Hiring Holistic Industries is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end incoming financial transactions for the company. This person will manage a team of specialists optimizes working capital and cash flow reconciles complex accounts and drives system modernization or ERP implementations Your Impact Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists providing coaching development and day-to-day guidance Oversee invoice processing payment execution vendor management and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions Monitor payment cycles and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) helping optimize cash flow and working capital Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies payment issues and purchasing-related concerns Support month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting Help modernize financial processes strengthen internal controls and support ERP implementations and system improvement initiatives Your Strengths Experience leading accounts payable operations with a strong understanding of invoice processing payment management reconciliations and vendor relations Comfortable working within ERP systems and advanced Excel functions to analyze data and improve operational performance Solid understanding of accounting principles financial controls GAAP and compliance requirements Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance or related field preferred 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience 2+ years of supervisory experience If we are EMPATHETIC HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive base pay medical dental and vision coverage.
