In this role you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while ensuring strong performance reliability and security across multiple locations. Your Impact Design collaborate and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization Monitor network performance traffic and security proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users Troubleshoot network connectivity issues performance bottlenecks and system outages to minimize downtime Implement and manage firewalls VPNs and other security tools to help protect company systems and data Upgrade network hardware firmware and configurations to improve reliability and performance Maintain clear network documentation topology diagrams and security protocols Your Strengths Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN DNS DHCP IPsec SSL VPN routing switching and network security Experience working with routers switches firewalls and network monitoring tools Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years Natural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred or equivalent experience If we are EMPATHETIC HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive base pay medical dental and vision coverage.
