In this position you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership bringing a strategic consultative mindset to support the full recruitment lifecycle. Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies Leverage creative and data-driven sourcing techniques to engage passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn social media referrals recruitment events and industry networks. Be proficient in using tools and systems such as ATS job boards and recruiting software to manage pipelines efficiently. Pipeline & Market Intelligence Build and maintain strong pipelines and talent networks while grounding your sourcing strategies in market research role complexity and business needs. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred) Experience recruiting for a range of technical and creative roles is a bonus. Direct experience working in the gaming or entertainment or technology industry is highly desirable Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse Collaborative team player with excellent written verbal and presentation skills able to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders Highly proactive and adaptable comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while independently managing responsibilities Well-organized and detail-oriented skilled at managing large volumes of hiring activities efficiently and promptly We Offer Competitive compensation package.
