Job Responsibilities Develop and execute regional social media and community marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage official social media channels (X Telegram Discord Facebook Instagram TikTok etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging. Create localize and publish engaging content including campaigns educational content product updates market insights and community activities. Plan and execute regional online/offline marketing campaigns AMAs trading competitions community events and partnership activations. Monitor social media trends community sentiment competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and continuously optimize content and engagement strategies. Support regional product launches promotions and brand awareness initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Experience in social media community management content marketing or digital marketing. Experience in cryptocurrency Web3 fintech or trading industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and community ecosystems. Excellent content writing and storytelling skills with the ability to localize content for different audiences. Experience managing community campaigns engagement activities and user acquisition initiatives. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
