ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales function and drive program conversions across The Healing Wiz. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the sales pipeline from workshop leads through program conversions building a high-performance sales organisation and consistently delivering revenue targets. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the VP of Marketing and VP of Operations and Delivery to ensure strong alignment between lead generation sales execution customer experience and business growth. This is a fully remote position ideal for a strategic sales leader who is equally comfortable developing systems analysing performance coaching teams and getting hands-on when required.
