Collaborate closely with designers backend developers and project managers to deliver seamless user-focused digital solutions. Lead frontend implementation efforts by promoting coding standards best practices and scalable development approaches. Mentor junior developers through technical guidance knowledge sharing and code reviews to support team growth. Optimize applications for performance accessibility security and maintainability across multiple projects. Contribute to improving development workflows engineering processes and overall product quality. Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate. Requirements 5+ years of professional frontend development experience. Strong expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript. Proven experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React Angular or Vue.js. Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility standards web performance optimization and frontend security best practices. Experience collaborating within cross-functional Agile development teams. Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
