Your primary mission is to elevate the brand’s digital presence drive follower growth and maximize reach through high-quality video content. You will have total creative control over the content pipeline—from conceptualization to final publication. This is an ideal role for an independent thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and understands the fast-paced world of education-based content. Your Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Produce and publish 3 high-impact Instagram Reels per week. End-to-End Production Manage the entire creative process including Brainstorming fresh ideas and concepts. Writing compelling scripts. Providing clear technical direction on camera angles/filming. Editing raw footage into polished engaging Reels. Growth & Engagement Write optimized captions with relevant hashtags and actively engage with the community by responding to comments. Performance Consistently work toward increasing followers views and overall account authority. Who You Are Independent & Self-Disciplined You don’t need constant supervision you are comfortable managing your own schedule and hitting deadlines. Detail-Oriented You have a sharp eye for quality in both writing and video editing. Creative You are tapped into the latest digital trends and know how to adapt them for the education niche. Education Background You are currently undertaking have experience with or have completed the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme).
