We're looking for a genuinely good communicator to look after our retail customers and our wholesale and trade clients — fielding enquiries processing orders following up with people who've shown interest and keeping conversations moving. This is not a hard-sales role. You don't need a sales background and we're not looking for someone who talks in scripts. What we need is someone articulate organised and reliable who people enjoy dealing with.
