The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud STLC/SDLC and automation framework development. This role requires a detail-oriented QA professional who can ensure the quality stability and performance of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing and automation. Key Responsibilities Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications. Design develop execute and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Prepare detailed test plans test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements. Execute Functional Regression Integration System and End-to-End Testing. Identify log track and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases. Participate in requirement analysis sprint planning test execution and production validation. Maintain testing documentation and provide regular project status updates. Support release validation and ensure application stability across multiple environments.
