Responsibilities & Tasks Conduct research and monitor small-cap stocks to identify new investment opportunities. Analyze information that could impact our trading strategies. Support traders by researching and monitoring global macroeconomic events that may affect security prices. Collaborate with trading teams to analyze data identify patterns and develop new research ideas and tools. Key Skills & Requirements Passion for financial markets. Strong problem-solving and pattern recognition skills. Exceptional attention to detail. High degree of personal discretion and integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German and Spanish language skills are a plus but not required. Python programming skills are a plus but not required. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred but not required.
