Data Analyst Job Type Full-time Location Remote Experience 1–3 years (or as required) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect process and interpret data to help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and business opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs using BI tools. Create visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner. Document data definitions processes and analytical methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics Business or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including PivotTables formulas and data analysis. Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling concepts. Understanding of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM ERP or business management systems.
