CrossFit is seeking a Partner Programs Manager EDU. You will own the business relationships and contractual performance of CrossFit Education partners. This role leads partner negotiations contract management onboarding ongoing relationship management renewals and exits. The Partner Programs Manager works cross-functionally to ensure that obligations are met partner programs perform against plan and issues are addressed promptly. Responsibilities Contracts and Negotiation Develop and drive the completion of partner agreements in collaboration with EDU leadership and Legal. Track commitments covering fees or revenue share course delivery cancellations reporting marketing and use of CrossFit trademarks. Manage contract amendments renewals and partner exits.
