Compensation Salary $80000.00 This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and/or equity incentives subject to company policy. Resource Tracking Oversee and manage all staffing-related resources to ensure accuracy compliance and operational efficiency. Primary Employee Liaison Serve as the central point of contact for travel paramedic staff providing guidance support and clear communication to meet their operational and professional needs. Contract Oversight and Field Leadership Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for travel paramedic staff at new and existing contract locations. Travel to assignments as needed to ensure staff are properly deployed supported and equipped to meet operational requirements. Requirements Basic Qualifications 3+ years working full-time in the EMS system 2+ years in an incident command operations supervisor or similar management position Active National Registry certification and a valid state EMS license (Paramedic preferred) in good standing Professional demeanor with impeccable communication and team-building skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years working full-time in the EMS system as a Paramedic (preferred) 3+ years in an incident command operations supervisor or similar management position 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or similar Bachelor’s Degree in EMS EMS Management or Healthcare Administration The work environment described below is representative of the conditions an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role.
