Responsibilities Define drive the bank’s mobile digital strategy aligned with business customer goals Own mobile architecture ensuring scalability security reliability Set enforce development standards frameworks best practices Lead adoption of modern technologies including AI automation in development Ensure high performance availability secure handling of customer data Collaborate with Product UX/UI QA DevOps Security teams Monitor key metrics (performance releases quality) continuously improve Manage mentor grow a high-performing engineering team Ensure compliance with banking regulations security standards Requirements 10+ years in software/mobile engineering 5+ years in leadership Strong experience with mobile development (iOS Android cross-platform) Solid knowledge of APIs microservices cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with architecture design DevOps CI/CD Strong understanding of security best practices regulatory requirements Experience scaling high-load applications Proven leadership stakeholder management skills Degree in Computer Science or related field (certifications as a plus) Our perks - Covered vacation period 20 business days and 5 days off Free English classes Flexible working schedule Truly friendly and supporting atmosphere Working remotely or in one of our offices Medical insurance for employees from Ukraine Legal support
