You’ll work across long‑form and short‑form content with a mandatory focus on motion graphic design and YouTube‑optimized storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation Create dynamic animations transitions and 3D camera work to elevate projects. AI Content Creation Apply trending AI platforms for editing captioning ideation and visual generation. YouTube Content Expertise Tailor edits for YouTube with optimized formats thumbnails hooks and retention‑driven pacing. Video Editing & Production Edit and produce long‑form and short‑form content with strong narrative flow pacing and visual polish. Cross‑Platform Adaptation Adapt content for Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and other digital platforms. Creative Experimentation Explore new editing styles AI prompts and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh. Workflow & Asset Management Organize video assets maintain brand consistency and deliver on deadlines. Collaboration Work closely with designers marketers and content strategists to align video outputs with campaign goals. Quality Assurance Review and refine edits to ensure technical accuracy smooth transitions and brand consistency. Trend Monitoring Stay updated on emerging video trends AI tools and audience preferences. Storyboarding Collaborate on pre‑production planning translating concepts into clear visual sequences. Performance Insights Track video engagement metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills

Mandatory expertise in motion graphics and animation techniques. Mandatory experience in YouTube content workflows (SEO thumbnails retention strategies pacing). 2–3 years of proven experience in Motion Graphic & video editing across long‑form and short‑form formats. Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or creative agency environment. Proficiency in After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro or similar. Hands‑on exposure to AI tools (RunwayML ChatGPT MidJourney or equivalents). Understanding of AI prompts for video/image generation. International project exposure is a plus.
