Build clean efficient and well-documented code while maintaining integrations between websites and third-party business systems CRMs and automation tools. Collaborate with web designers and cross-functional stakeholders to create responsive user-friendly interfaces that follow modern UI/UX principles and industry best practices. Improve website functionality performance accessibility SEO and quality assurance processes through continuous testing and optimization. Research and recommend emerging technologies tools and development practices to enhance digital products and improve operational efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines budgets and quality expectations in a remote collaborative environment. Requirements 5–10 years of professional experience in web development programming or systems integration. Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 PHP and experience with modern frameworks such as React Vue Angular or Next.js. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining WordPress or other CMS-based websites. Solid understanding of MySQL LAMP environments Git or equivalent version control systems and responsive web development. Experience integrating websites with CRMs business applications automation platforms Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Mailchimp and related digital marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices multilingual website development accessibility standards and usability testing. Excellent analytical problem-solving organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Fluency in both English and French is required additional languages are considered an asset.
