Overview Join our dynamic team as a Portfolio Manager and take charge of overseeing diverse investment portfolios with enthusiasm and precision. In this role you will be responsible for managing client assets conducting comprehensive financial analysis and developing strategic investment plans that align with clients’ financial goals. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making optimize portfolio performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Duties Analyze financial statements industry trends and market data to inform investment strategies and portfolio adjustments Conduct risk assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans Perform detailed financial modeling cash flow analysis and quantitative research to support investment decisions Manage loan origination underwriting and processing activities while ensuring adherence to lending regulations and compliance standards Engage in negotiations with clients lenders and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and foster strong relationships Prepare comprehensive financial reports including performance summaries forecasts and industry insights for clients and senior management Utilize advanced financial software and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data collection analysis and reporting purposes Experience Proven experience in portfolio management within financial services or banking environments with a focus on commercial lending or investment analysis Strong background in financial statement interpretation accounting principles and technical accounting practices Extensive knowledge of financial regulations compliance standards and industry best practices related to lending and investment activities Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis underwriting processes fraud prevention techniques and mortgage servicing operations Proficiency in financial software applications combined with excellent data collection skills for quantitative analysis and forecasting Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently Math proficiency coupled with a solid understanding of financial concepts such as risk management cash flow forecasting and industry-specific regulations Embark on a rewarding career where your analytical skills meet strategic thinking!
