Responsibilities Lead candidate generation efforts utilizing diverse channels such as social media management job boards and professional networks to attract qualified applicants. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) including Workday Taleo PeopleSoft and HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews evaluate candidate qualifications and coordinate the interview process efficiently. Foster strong relationship management with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools for effective communication and follow-up with potential candidates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in human resources and social media management for talent acquisition. Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation for recruitment purposes using social media platforms and professional networks. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday Taleo PeopleSoft or similar HRIS tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
