Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Revit Modeler & Drafter with experience supporting US building projects. You will create and maintain Revit architectural models and construction documentation for residential and commercial buildings including new custom homes renovations and additions while collaborating closely with architects engineers and project teams throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate Revit architectural models from design sketches engineering markups and client requirements.
- Produce floor plans elevations sections framing plans foundation plans and construction details.
- Prepare permit-ready construction documentation following US drafting and building code standards (IRC/IBC).
- Build and maintain 3D models for new residential construction renovations and light commercial projects.
- Coordinate with structural civil and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain BIM standards templates view templates families and project documentation.
- Revise models and drawings based on architect engineer and client review comments.
- Support project teams through schematic design design development construction documents and permitting phases.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting US-based residential architecture firms.
- Familiarity with US construction documentation and permit set standards.
- Knowledge of LOD 300-400 BIM modeling.
- Experience producing elevations framing plans and foundation plans for single- and multi-family homes.
