JAbout Us Franconia Property Management is a growing residential property management company overseeing approximately 350 multifamily units throughout Central New Hampshire and the Upper Seacoast region. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Virtual Assistant to support our accounting and property management operations from a remote home office. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and prior accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $15.00 per hour 30–40 hours per week Consistent weekly schedule (to be established upon hire) Responsibilities Maintain accurate tenant ledgers Confirm and post rent payments Follow up with residents regarding unpaid rent balances Apply late fees and other resident charges in accordance with company policies Enter and process vendor invoices and bills Prepare and distribute ownership financial reports Respond to resident questions related to account balances rent payments and billing Maintain accurate financial records within the property management software Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous accounting bookkeeping accounts receivable/payable or property management accounting experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating professionally with residents regarding account balances and payments Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience with property management software such as Appfolio is a plus Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable proactive and enjoys creating organized financial systems.
