The Role As an AI Workforce Enablement Product Lead you will help clients accelerate enterprise AI adoption by translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable products workforce enablement strategies and practical business solutions. Working alongside product engineering architecture and business stakeholders you will lead initiatives that drive AI transformation from strategy through implementation while helping organizations build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed. What You'll Do Lead enterprise AI Generative AI and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborate with engineering architecture and data teams using Agile methodologies to develop enterprise AI products and workforce enablement solutions. Design and deliver enterprise learning digital adoption and capability-building programs that accelerate AI adoption across client organizations. Translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into practical business solutions learning experiences and reusable assets that support enterprise transformation. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders providing consulting coaching facilitation and executive-level communication throughout complex transformation programs. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Business Learning & Development Organizational Development or a related discipline with 8+ years of experience in technology consulting digital product development product management enterprise transformation workforce enablement or AI strategy ideally within Financial Services. Strong knowledge of Generative AI Foundation Models Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) embeddings prompt engineering AI agents workflow automation and modern AI product development. Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning instructional design adult learning programs curriculum development blended learning solutions and capability-building initiatives. Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise Microsoft Copilot Claude GitHub Copilot and similar enterprise AI technologies. Excellent communication stakeholder management consulting coaching facilitation and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes. Bonus Points For Experience delivering AI-powered enterprise or customer-facing products within Banking Capital Markets Wealth Management or Insurance.
