ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required. Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with integrations including REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and related technologies. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. Responsibilities Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Configure and enhance ITSM and CSM modules. Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and stability.
