We’re looking for a Jack-of-All-Trades developer who can build websites and digital experiences troubleshoot problems explore new technologies and use AI to work smarter and faster. You don't need to know everything—but you should be someone who is curious adaptable resourceful and excited to figure things out.

What You’ll Do

Build maintain and improve websites and web-based digital experiences. Translate designs and concepts into functional responsive and user-friendly websites. Work with APIs databases integrations and third-party platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions. Collaborate with Creative Activations Account and Studios teams. Support interactive installations digital activations microsites and other technology-driven projects. Explore and implement AI tools APIs automation and AI-powered features. Experiment with emerging technologies and recommend tools that can improve PUNX's capabilities. Support technical requirements during events and activations when needed. Handle multiple projects and switch between different technologies and platforms depending on the project. Continuously learn new tools frameworks and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of experience in web development or a similar technical role. Hands-on experience migrating projects from local development to live production environments. Familiarity with deployment workflows on VPS and cloud hosting providers such as Hostinger Vercel DigitalOcean and similar platforms. Ability to configure servers manage DNS SSL and troubleshoot deployment issues across different hosting environments. Working knowledge of Cloudflare services (DNS management CDN caching SSL/TLS firewall rules) to optimize performance security and reliability of deployed projects. Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and modern web development. Experience with at least one modern framework such as React Next.js Vue or similar. Familiarity with APIs databases Git and deployment workflows. Comfortable working with CMS platforms and third-party integrations. Strong interest and working knowledge of AI tools and technologies. Experience with AI APIs LLMs automation prompt engineering or AI-assisted development is a strong advantage. Able to troubleshoot independently and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment. Good communication and collaboration skills.
