Measurement attribution and commercial reporting Own the attribution framework and measurement infrastructure that gives the marketing team and senior leadership an accurate reliable picture of paid performance. Produce performance reporting that goes beyond dashboards - with a clear point of view on what the numbers mean what risks they flag and what decisions they support. Beyond that 6 or more years of performance marketing experience with at least 2 years in a role that involved managing or mentoring others. Deep hands-on platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads - you can audit a campaign structure diagnose underperformance and brief a specialist on the fix without needing to run it yourself.
