What you will do Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting Leverage strong negotiation skills to structure win-win deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution Manage agreement discussions smoothly Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices Communicate with cross-functional specialists. What you need to succeed in this role Excellent English and Spanish language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing) Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferably in digital marketing media or influencer marketing Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets Previous experience working with influencers on social media Proactive target-driven and highly energetic self-starter Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals efficiently Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
