Role Summary We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own the quality of our enterprise digital solutions across manual and automated testing. The role covers test strategy execution and defect management throughout the delivery lifecycle working closely with architects developers and business analysts to ensure releases meet functional and non-functional requirements. Key Responsibilities - Define and maintain the test strategy test plans and test cases for assigned projects. - Perform manual functional integration regression and UAT-support testing across web and mobile platforms. - Design build and maintain automated test suites (UI API and regression) using Java and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. - Review requirements and user stories to derive clear traceable acceptance criteria and test coverage. - Log track and manage defects to closure ensuring accurate prioritization and root-cause reporting. - Conduct API testing data validation and cross-browser/cross-device testing. - Mentor junior QA team members and review their test artifacts. - Report quality metrics and release readiness to project stakeholders. Requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of QA experience including hands-on manual and automation testing. - Strong proficiency in Java for test automation. - Proficiency with automation frameworks built on Java (e.g. Selenium WebDriver REST Assured TestNG/JUnit). - Strong experience in API testing (e.g. Postman REST Assured) and SQL for data validation. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jenkins) and version control (Git). - Solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery methodologies. - Strong analytical documentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced). - Experience testing enterprise platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365 Power Platform SharePoint). - Experience with build tools (e.g. Maven Gradle) and BDD frameworks (e.g. Cucumber). - Experience with performance and security testing. - Exposure to government or large-scale digital transformation programs.
