The Role We're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly across our business supporting customers and colleagues while contributing to the continued success of the business. Key responsibilities include Preparing reviewing and issuing customer invoices in line with contract terms and billing schedules. Validating billing data and ensuring accuracy of charges and supporting documentation. Investigating and resolving billing queries and disputes professionally and efficiently. Producing billing and receivables reports to support management decisions. Supporting accounts receivable activities and wider finance processes. Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Any other ad-hoc billing related tasks. Essential Skills & Experience Strong Excel skills Experience using Microsoft Office applications Experience working with customer invoicing and billing processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage and resolve billing-related queries and disputes Excellent organisational and time management skills Desirable Skills & Experience Previous experience working within a finance or accounts environment Working with multiple systems and processes. QualificationsWorking towards either Business Administration (Level 2 or Level 3) AAT qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) Is desirable for this position.
