- Ajaia is hiring an IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our AI-first operations. This role is designed for a ""smart and excellent"" leader who can architect internal infrastructure that is as innovative as the solutions we provide to clients. Security & Compliance Implement and oversee rigorous security protocols to protect Ajaia’s proprietary AI workflows and sensitive client data. Operational Excellence Automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms to minimize manual overhead. AI Native Workflows Use AI tools daily for network ideation rapid troubleshooting security variant creation and QA support. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with engineering strategy and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company milestones. Experience 3-7 years of experience in IT management systems administration or technical operations. AI Mastery Demonstrated ability to use AI-native workflows as a daily execution standard to improve speed and quality. Technical Proficiency Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) automated business solutions and security frameworks. Smart & Adaptive Proven ability to exercise high-level judgment in fast-paced cross-functional startup environments.
