About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid technical background and is a native Persian (Farsi) speaker with fluency in English as this role requires close coordination with Persian-speaking stakeholders teams or clients. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives from planning through delivery. Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with engineering product and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Identify project risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating technical concepts into clear business language. Manage project documentation including roadmaps status reports and post-project reviews. Run regular stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings (Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies). Liaise directly with Persian-speaking clients partners or internal teams ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Track project KPIs and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable. Requirements Language Native or near-native fluency in Persian (Farsi) — spoken and written. Professional fluency in English (spoken and written). Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in technical project management preferably in [industry e.g. software development IT engineering]. Proven experience managing technical/software projects using Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts (APIs databases cloud infrastructure etc.). Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello MS Project Monday.com). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. PMP CSM or other relevant project management certification.
