Project Manager Location Philippines (Remote) Employment Type Full-Time Experience Required Minimum 5 years Salary Commensurate with experience and market benchmarks Reports To Founders / Executive Leadership Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects as well as other cross-functional business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience strong organizational and communication skills and hands-on experience using project management applications. This position will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and manage IT projects and other business initiatives from initiation through completion. Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed within established deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Provide regular project status updates and reports to the CEO. Manage project schedules priorities and resource allocation effectively. Organize and facilitate project meetings track action items and ensure timely follow-up. Utilize project management applications to track project milestones tasks and overall progress. Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects and other business projects. Hands-on experience using project management applications (e.g. Jira Asana Trello Microsoft Project Monday.com or similar tools). Strong project planning coordination and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and provide regular updates to leadership.
