In this dual-focus role you will be the voice of our brand online and the heart of our internal team culture. You will split your time between driving our digital media presence and managing core human resources functions to support our remote team. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Media Management (approx. 70%) Social Media & Branding Plan create and schedule engaging timely posts across LinkedIn and Instagram to boost brand awareness and B2B engagement. Content & Graphic Design Design eye-catching digital banners infographics and promotional materials aligned with our green brand identity. Website Management Maintain and update the company website (WordPress/Wix or similar) ensuring content is fresh SEO-optimized and user-friendly. Project Portfolios Regularly update the website and social media platforms with newly completed company projects case studies and client testimonials. Campaign Tracking Monitor digital media analytics to measure engagement and optimize future content strategies. 2. Human Resources Management (approx. 30%) Recruitment & Onboarding Post job openings screen resumes coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process for new remote team members. Team Engagement Foster a positive collaborative company culture across a fully remote team through virtual initiatives and open communication. HR Administration Maintain employee records track attendance/leave and serve as the main point of contact for internal team queries. Performance Support Assist leadership in setting up basic performance review cycles and tracking team feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Social Media Management or a blended Marketing/HR role. Design Skills Proficiency with design tools like Canva Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create high-quality banners and posts. Tech-Savviness Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. People Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural knack for HR team building and conflict resolution. Communication Stellar written and verbal English communication skills (essential for copywriting and candidate interviewing).
