Your Role in the Guest Experience Managing hotel reservations modifications cancellations and guest inquiries via phone and email Providing personalized service while maintaining Forbes-level hospitality standards Assisting guests with room availability rates hotel amenities and special requests Navigating multiple hotel properties systems and applications simultaneously Processing payments authorizations and reservation documentation when required Communicating with hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintaining accurate reservation records and guest profiles Delivering timely professional and empathetic customer service on every interaction Meeting quality productivity and guest satisfaction goals What We're Looking For We're looking for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy helping people and creating memorable guest experiences.
