Discover more at www.necsws.com NO AGENCIES PLEASE Please note - Role can be Hybrid or Remote Subject to Location Job Description As a Marketing Manager you'll need to Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Demand Generation Plan run and optimise integrated lead and demand generation campaigns that drive demand and support revenue targets for customer acquisition and expansion. Lead multi-channel campaigns across email media website events paid media and social. Use data to track and optimise MQL > SQL performance. Work with Sales on ABM activity targeting priority accounts and buying groups. Organise and attend in-person and online events. Digital & Website Performance Own and deliver the website strategy to increase traffic engagement and conversion. Improve user journeys and ensure content supports priority initiatives across the Justice sector. Monitor and analyse website analytics to identify improvements and report progress. Ensure every web asset has a clear purpose and supports the wider marketing strategy. Content & Thought Leadership Develop compelling content that positions NEC as the supplier of choice for local and central government within the Justice space. Produce or work with external agencies to articles blogs case studies sales enablement tools whitepapers guides and campaign assets. Craft messaging for key initiatives product propositions and sector-wide challenges Maintain consistent tone of voice and ensure alignment across all channels. Team Leadership & Coaching Line-manage and coach a team of one in digital content and campaign implementers. Provide clear direction feedback and development opportunities. Promote a collaborative supportive and high-performance culture. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Product Sales Leadership and subject matter experts to shape initiatives. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable marketing plans aligned to the business strategy. Communicate campaign progress and performance against KPIs to senior leadership. Lead external agencies when appropriate to effectively manage events press relationships editorial requests design and digital marketing. Reporting Insights & Automation Monitor and track activity and deliver regular reporting on KPIs. Analyse campaign and website data to recommend improvements. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market and competitor research to support strategy development and campaign activity. Use marketing automation tools (e.g. Active Campaign) to build workflows nurture programmes and lead scoring. Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across CRM and marketing systems. And with support you'll need to Support the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy for wider NECSWS with a particular focus on the Justice sector Manage stakeholders' expectations Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management Monitor and report on competitor activity Lead external agencies when appropriate to effectively manage events press relationships editorial requests presentations promotional materials and online activities Qualifications Who are we looking for The ideal candidate is digitally savvy commercially minded and passionate about data reporting and continuous improvement. Essential Demonstrable experience as a marketing manager Knowledge of the Public Sector market Self-starter who takes ownership Proven experience in digital marketing and website optimisation. Strong content creation skills and understanding of messaging for complex sectors. Demonstrable experience delivering integrated lead and demand generation strategies. Experience managing or coaching a small team. Confident using analytics platforms and marketing automation systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels. Data-driven mindset with a focus on results demonstrating success at improving ROI Desirable Experience in B2B technology marketing. Knowledge of the UK Justice sector. Understanding of sector transformation programmes. Experience running ABM campaigns. Personal Attributes Highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Able to influence others and build strong working relationships. Passionate about quality marketing effectiveness reporting and measurable outcomes.
