Software Engineer – AI/ML Work Model Remote Experience 5+ Years Department Information Systems Reporting To Manager of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – AI/ML to design develop and deploy scalable machine learning solutions within the AWS environment.

The ideal candidate

will have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning Python AWS Generative AI and cloud-based application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and optimize machine learning models and AI applications on AWS. Work with services including AWS Lambda AWS Glue AWS Bedrock LangChain and MCP Servers. Develop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion preprocessing transformation and feature engineering. Manage the complete ML lifecycle including model training evaluation deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with Data Scientists Software Engineers DevOps and Product teams. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Ensure AI/ML applications are scalable reliable secure and maintainable. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models and AWS infrastructure. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve application architecture and performance. Research emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their business applicability. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a strong focus on Machine Learning. Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn or similar ML frameworks. Hands-on experience designing training and deploying ML models. Strong experience with AWS Lambda AWS Glue and AWS Bedrock. Experience with NLP Data Mining Distributed Computing or Computer Vision. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of Git CI/CD automated testing code reviews and Agile methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently take ownership and operate effectively in an environment with ambiguity. Preferred

Skills

Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications. Experience with LangChain and MCP Servers. AWS Machine Learning or other relevant AWS certifications. Experience building production-grade AI/ML applications in cloud environments.
